We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who is capable of leading a team of navy-seal-like recruiters. The recruitment team at Diamondpick is so sharp at identifying talent that we need someone better than that to lead this lot. The role doesn’t just involve sharp shooting as a recruiter, but also effective leadership in this mission.

Detailed Role Description

  • To own a client or set of clients allotted and drive the fulfillment of its job requirements.
  • Own the process oriented and drive the team for process adherence.
  • Ensure that the team goal is met and the objectives are completed on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Involves active hands-on recruitment, including the screening and qualifying of resumes submitted by team members before they are proposed to the client.
  • Ensuring a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Requirement and task allocation.
  • Responsibility towards the growth and development of all team members.
  • Participate actively in the appraisal process for his/her team members.
  • Motivate team members to perform.
  • Helping the recruiters/sourcer with Search Strings, tools and process.
  • Assisting the team to achieve their individual targets.
  • Level 2 Escalations in recruitment.
  • Checking the status of the recruitment process on an hourly basis, ATS Updation and other compliance.
  • Prepping the candidates for interviews.
  • To serve as a liaison between Recruiters and Managers.
  • Should be able to employ new market trends in candidate search areas and train the team.

Competencies

1. Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree.

2. Experience

  • 4- 6 Years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the dynamics in IT recruitment.
  • Preferably have lead a team for 1 Year minimum.

3. Attributes

  • Is self-motivated, self-managed and highly organized.
  • Is flexible and adaptable; consistently meet deadlines; has excellent evaluation skills.
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
